For which type of seizures-GTCS or Focal?
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Ok! the question is pretty straightforward and I shall guide you well in this regard, however, beforehand please let me know that -which type of seizures are you referring to here-'Generalized tonic clonic seizures', 'Focal seizures', 'absence seizures' or 'myoclonic jerks'.Drug of choice is different for different types of seizures. So,please let me know that what actually happens in the seizures you are talking about.
Further, what side effect did you have with Keppra?Keppra is otherwise a good drug and side effects are not very common with it except some neuropsychiatric issues.
I shall be glad to have you in follow-up so that I can answer this well.
Regards

These medicines are not the likely culprits.MRI Brain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Abilify and Invega are not the likely triggers.
As a part of evaluation of grand mal seizures, you should undergo MRI Brain with epilepsy protocol.Though,it may come normal and seizures can be idiopathic.
I can understand that Keppra could have caused some neuropsychiatric issues. You can start on another 1st line drug for grand mal seizures preferably sodium valproate.
PLEASE START A MEDICINE ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PHYSICIAN.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer them.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
