Suggest Medication For Severe Back Pain While On Concor
Question: I m taking concor AM 5 daily....since two days I m having lower back ache....problem whilst bending...sitting...prescribe me medicines....generally available at all medical stores and can be taken...along with concor AM 5.....

I have read your query and understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from lower back muscle strain.
The best would be to take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 3-5 days.
It is an OTC product and easily available every where and doesn't need medical prescription.
Avoid lifting weights for few days.
You can also do local hot FOMENTATION for relaxing the back muscles
There is no interaction between ibuprofen and concor AM.

You can take either ibuprofen plain or even take a combination of ibuprofen with paracetamol. Both would be equally effective.
You can apply locally DICLOFENAC gel but it's role is doubtful.

I m taking paracetamol and ibuprofen....morning...evening...since yesterday...some relief from pain....but when waking up from the bed...it get worse ....when standing...it worsens....should I go for x ray...???it seems pain in lower spine..

X ray won't reveal anything since it seems to be a muscle strain.
You can add some muscle relaxant to your current treatment.
Stop ibuprofen and paracetamol and start taking Ibugesic MR twice a day and do local hot FOMENTATION twice a day.
Do it for 5 days. You should be all right soon.
