Suggest Medication For Tooth Ache And Swollen Gums
Gum or tooth infection, radiograph, medication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the tooth and swelling over the gums is concerned, it can be because of the tooth or gum infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get a radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic) along with an analgesic like ibuprofen. Do saline gargling.
If you can upload the images of the tooth which is in problem, I can give you exact diagnosis and treatment plan.

gum infection, deep scaling, oral hygiene maintenance
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. I have gone through your images.
As per the images, it looks more like a gum infection rather than a tooth infection.
There is recession of the gums secondary to the deposits. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get a deep scaling done. Maintain the oral hygiene thereafter by proper brushing.

gum infection, chlorhexidine, metronidazole, deep scaling, stop smoking
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. There is no remedy for the receded gums.
Further recession can be prevented by scaling and oral hygiene maintenance. For the infection now you can apply chlorhexidine and metronidazole combination gel. But you need to get the scaling done. Medicines are temporary solution, not permanent. It reduces the infection, but cause of infection has to be treated. By seeing the condition of your teeth and stains, i feel you have the habit of smoking, so avoid smoking.
I hope I have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back. Take care.
