Question: My husband is having very bad stomach pain, he went to ER 2 times last week. They ran a lot of test and every thing comes back fine. All his blood test are OK. They gave him Ondansettron ODY 4 mg. He come home on Friday, and he was doing pretty good. He is back to stomach pain and is back to server vomiting Today he had a shot of the nausea meds and in a 30 to 40 minutes he vomiting. They thought the pain is from his arthritis. The pain is on his side and also his back, on the right and left side. We went to see his stomach Dr. and he thinks he has his yeast infection again. He gave him a liquid, pink. But , one of the problems is that he vomits and every thing comes up. Is there any thing else we would have a home he can take for the vomiting ? Please Help, I don't want to back to the ER.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. He requires a prokinetic

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I understand your concern. I would like to know the details of investigations done so that i can give you more details. As of now i can advise him to take prokinetic agents like levosulpiride or itipride which will help to reduce vomiting. Pantoprazole twice a day may help to reduce pain. An upper gastroscopy is also required to look for the cause of vomiting.
Thanks and regards.
