My wife forgets the things very quickly.She is facing memory issues. She is having this problem for last 4 years. Can you suggest some medicine to improve the memory power.

Is there any behavioural changes, depression, headache, fever, diabetes, other medical illness?
Blood investigation like Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function test, liver function test should be done.
Examination by a neurologist will be helpful.
Mri brain may be required too.
Drugs can be administered according to disease.
If all investigations are normal then drugs like rivastigmine, memantine or donepizil can be tried.
