Either tretinoin cream or laser treatment or microneedling sessions

I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate an atrophic scar.
It has been seen that topical creams are not very effective in such kind of scar but you can try using tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the affected area at night for 8-10 weeks .
This will lighten it to some extent.
For better results you can go for either laser treatment or microneedling sessions.
Multiple sittings will be required but it will be more effective.
