Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine episodes can be well controlled in most patients with pain killers like Naproxen, paracetamol or Aceclofenac.
Abortive therapy like sumatriptan or Rizatriptan can be used too in episodic cases.
Lifestyle modifications are key to management of migraine.
Avoid fasting, stress, excessive tea or coffee and chocolates.
Take timely meals.
Prophylaxis medications are required in case of recurrent episodes in a month.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
