Suggest Medication To Postpone Period
Question: Hi, My wedding is on 19th May. Last period date is 14th March. One more cycle will be there in April. The period cycle is of 30 days approx. I wanted to finish my periods on 15th May as the rituals will start on 16th of May. Kindly suggest me a medicine to get the periods on or before 9th May I.e. 4-5 days before regular cycle.

I understand your problem and if is commonly encountered.
Take tablet norethisterone from 5th April, 5 mg three times a day for 3 days. On finishing it on 7th you will get periods around 10-11th April.
Then take same tablets from 1st May to 3rd and then you will get periods by 7th or maximum by 9th may.
But do talk to me on this forum after your periods in April so as to see the response of tablets, as in some patients there occurs a delay of 5-6 days even for periods to commence after this tablet.
So all the best for entering a new phase of life.
