My last period was on March 6th, 2016. And my period cycle is 28 days. I am travelling on the 4th April from USA to XXXXXXX So need to prepone or postpone my period.

Hello and welcome again. You can postpone your periods. Take tab norethisterone 10 mg at night daily from 1 st April daily till you want to postpone your periods. Don't moss any pill in between andu can safely postpone for 10- 12 days.
