Brief Answer:
Postponement is a better option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thanks for trusting hcm about her health care.
I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your history but postponement is better option rather prepone the menses.
Because when you took medicine for prepone menses and if will not get it than simple mess up is there.
So I would suggest her to postponed her menses for that she should consult a Gynecologist and take progesterone ( usually primolut- n) pill.
For dosage she should consult a Gynecologist because it is a prescription drug.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards
