Provide more details
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Is there any weakness in right hand, thinning or wasting of muscle, neck pain, sensation loss?
Any complaints in right lower limb?
Any urinary complains?
Any headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, visual loss, diplopia, dysphagia, change in voice, gait abnormalities?
Total duration of illness?
Onset of disease was sudden or gradual?
Any other illness like diabetes, hypertension?
Any family history?
Any tremors in involved hand?
Slowness without weakness may be due to idiopathic parkinsons disease.
You need to provide more details.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

in answer to your questions, I do occasionally have tremors with movement of my wrist, especially when I flex it backwards.
the only other symptoms I have is occasional dull pain in my right arm, especially when I hold it up or out, like when driving
this may be unrelated, but I have always been double jointed in all my fingers, and now they tend to lock up when I put on gloves
I've had these symptoms for 4 to 6 months, and it seemed to be a sudden onset, I just noticed it one day
thank you

Possibility of post stroke spasticity or brain ICSOL may be there.
Another possibility may be parkinsons disease.
