Suggest Medication To Relieve Sinus Pressure

warm compress, anti histamine, topical decongestant
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
In addition to the advil sinus and mucinex, you may also want to consider adding the following: (1) warm compress to the face particularly over the frontal sinus which are in the forehead and over the cheeks where the maxillary sinuses are located.
The warmth helps the sinuses to drain which would reduce the pressure.
The warm, not hot, compress should be applied for at least 15 to 20 mins, 3 to 4 times a day
(2) the advil cold and sinus contains an oral decongestant, you should add a topical one to further help with the congestion
Otrivine or normal saline nose drops can be used
(3)add an anti histamine if you are currently not using one. This is usually not in the advil cold and sinus or mucinex
Eg benadryl, claritine, allegra or zyrtec
If there is no improvement at all after a few days then despite the lack of fever or colored discharge, you may need an antibiotic.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
