Suggest Medication To Remove Burn Scars From Hand
Second degree burn; moderately potent topical steroid cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see in the Images that you have hyperpigmentation at the site of oil spill.
Blisters that develop following a burn, means that it was a Second degree burn, which usually involves destruction of the entire epidermis as well as papillary dermis. Following a second degree burn, new skin that regenerates grows from the appendages i.e sweat glands, sebaceous glands and hair follicles. There may be superficial scaring along with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days. This should make the scars fade away gradually.

With treatment the spots might completely fade away or would be barely noticeable. However, If untreated the dark spots might persist for a long time Or lighten only partially.
