Brief Answer:
Can be taken

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having allergy with congestion.

In case of viral rhinitis, to relive from stuffy nose, nasal or oral decongestants can be taken along with anti histamines (allergy) simultaneously or separately (no interactions).

Decongesents should not be taken more than 5-7 days, as they can cause rhinitis medicamentasa, dryness, hypertension and glaucoma.

Yes. Fexofenadine with pseudoephidrine can be a right combination. can be taken.

Thank you. I would like to know if any allergy medicines can be taken together like like for example, Fexofenadine and pseudoephidrine with diphenhydramine.

Brief Answer:
both are antihistamines.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

As such, diphenhydramine is a first generation antihistamine, where as fexofenadine is a 3rd generation antihistamine. Both are similar in action, differs in causing side effects.

Hope, I have answered your query.

Take care.
