Brief Answer:
Can use Paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Most of the times light fever is due to viral infections. You can just take Paracetamol 2-3 times a day ( unless you are allergic to paracetamol ) .

If in case fever persists for more than 2 days or fever is high ( more than 100 degree F ) then you need to consult your doctor as you need to undergo certain tests and may need to be started on Antibiotics.

For your weakness i advise you to take more of fruits / fruit juice. Eat small quantities but more frequently so that your nutrition is maintained.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Brief Answer:
Calpol will do.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Yes Calpol will do. As of your abdominal discomfort it could be due to acidity or indigestion. I advise you to take buttermilk with few drops of crushed ginger.

Brief Answer:
Still seems like viral Infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI

I think you are having infection of the gut. But again most of the time it can be due to Viral infection and doesn't need any antibiotics.

If loose motions are very much frequent you can get a prescription for Redotil and use it. Avoid milk, buttermilk, curds and non veg food.

If fever or loose motions persists then you need to get the following tests done and revert back with reports :

Complete Hemogram, IgM Typhi Dot, Smear for Malaria, Stool for Ova and Cyst.

Hope this information was useful to you.
