Your symptoms are indicative of
indigestion,
electrolyte imbalance, stress, all of which can be triggered due to developing lover problem. Sometimes, contaminated water may also trigger liver problems. You should take boiled water after cooling it. Since you are nauseous, take anti emetics to stop
vomiting. You can take digestives and liver tonic to help your liver recover faster. Take adequate rest & avoid stress, both physical and emotional.
Taking adequate amount of water and fluids to maintain your electrolyte balance so that you don't feel dizzy and weak.
Fatigue may be caused by low BP,
anemia, lack of sleep, or
thyroid dysfunction. Take quality sleep at night, stay at rest but do regular walking, do not exhaust yourself. Get T3, T4, TSH done to rule out thyroid problem. Get your liver clinically examined, get liver function tests done, imaging tests done to detect liver problem. You will be accordingly treated.
In the meantime to help digestion, take digestives, liver tonic & food that is good for the liver. Do not take oily, spicy junk food. Avoid full fat dairy products, red meat, refined flour,
trans fat. Take home made boiled food, lean meat, small fish, well cooked whole cereals, veggies and fruits. You can take food cooked in olive oil after you start feeling better. Stay away from addictions if any.
