Brief Answer:
Nasal prick injury
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through query.
It suggests that main cause of the nasal bleeding in your daughter may be nasal prick injury.
For Your kind information there are many common causes for nose bleed. But the most common one observed (such as in your daughter) is dryness of nasal mucosa and crust formation mainly due to the allergic condition.
At the anteroinferior quadrant of the nasal septum, this is a very delicate structure and rich in blood supply. Due to excess dryness of the nasal mucosa, there may be disruption of the inner lining resulting in bleeding.
Dryness also causes intense itching inside the nose because of which, people tend to scratch or prick the nose.
This induces trauma due to the finger or finger nails which leads to bleeding.
For this I personally suggests
1. Liquid paraffin nasal drop 5 times a day.
2. Multi mineral and multi vitamin suspension
3. Avoid nasal prick.
But for better diagnosis and management please consult the ENT specialist.
