                                            High blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health Care Magic forum.
Is it the first time you getting high blood pressure? If it is then it should be checked in 2 more occasions. If it is still high then it is mild hypertension.
You can do life style modification initially.Should decrease the consumption of salt. You should also check your cholesterol level and sugar level. If it is high those should be managed also initially on diet and if not controlled then on medication. You should get proper sleep for 8 hours.
Even after life style modification BP is still high then you can take medication.Eritel ch is combination of two medicines telmisartan and chlorthalidone.Usually for starting therapy we dont start with combination of two.And your BP level is only mild hypertension.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything unclear.I am happy to help you.
Thanks
