Since you are taking amoxycillin + clarithromycin with antacid (ranitidine or omeprazole/ pantoprazole) and if this triple combination fails then, you can try one of the regimens from given below according to your resistant strains.
This alternative regimens I am giving below is not to confuse you but the aim is to clear all the possible regimens what you can try only after your physician's consultation.
1) alternative triple drug therapy
(i) omeprazole 40 mg daily+ amoxycillin 500 mg thrice a day + metronidazole400 mg thrice a day for 7 days full course.
(ii) ranitidine 300 mg daily+ amoxycillin 750 mg thrice a day + metronidazole 500 mg thrice a day for 12 days course.
(iii) colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120 mg 4 times daily + tetracycline 500 mg 4 times daily + metronidazole 400 mg 4 times daily for 2 weeks.
(2) quadruple therapy
pantoprazole/ rabeprazole 40 mg twice daily+ colloidal bismuth subcitrate 120 mg 4 times daily+ tetracycline 500 mg 4 times daily+ metronidazole 500 mg 4 times daily for 7 days full course.
