Hello,
Thanks for the query,
you can take NSAIDS like diclofenac sodium , aceclofenac, naproxen, cox2 inhibitors like celecoxib.
what you should not take is opioids like morphine , pethidine ,pentazocine for tooth ache.
The dosage can be increased if the pain relief is not achieved by above drugs as they are not habit forming or addictive.
