Cause For Pain In The Shoulders, Jaw And Tooth?

have high triglyceride level 390, for a 11/2 week have a dull upper left shoulder pain, left side jaw pain & what feels like a tooth ache that comes and goes though I do not have chest pain or shorten of breath. Could this be muscular? vs heart disease?

As this is muscular and doesn't sound like a heart issue. It might be related to trapezitis and doing hot water fermentation and simple shoulder and neck stabilization exercises should help.
