I read your question and I understand your concern. apart from clarithromycin and metronidazole / flagyl many. Other medicines are used as an option to treat H pylori.
Levofloxacin, amoxicillin, Proton pump inhibitors, bismuth salts, tetracycline like (sumacyline, doxycycline ) etc are some of the other options your doctor can choose from for you.
