Question: Hi my ht is 5 feet 3 inch n wt is 65. I want to reduce wt. I daily do brisk walk fr 30 min n dnt eat oily n sweets. Pls help

Make 1/3 food, 1/3 water, 1/3 empty stomach will regularize ur digestion, ban junk fatty diets like pizza,fruits and vegetables can be used in cravings.dont skip meals, have small 6 meals instead large 3 meals.all d best, take care.
