Suggest Non Surgical Treatment For Meralgia Paresthetica

Question: Is there a non surgical treatment for Meralgia Paresthetica. Though I haven't visited any doctor yet, I have all the symptoms. Right thigh has tingling sensation, numbness, pricking pain, feeling warm/cold.

The treatment for this condition is mostly medical. Medications used for symptom relief include pregabalin or gabapentin capsules.

In addiiton, direct pressure on the groin region should be avoided (by avoiding prolonged sitting, long drives, etc).
