Please consider Tramadol as the possible option of a pain killer- upto 3 times a day. Paracetamol may be too mild. Take it with an antacid, I suggest tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before food.
Meeting a dentist foe antibiotics is eventually needed. Meantime you can start tab ciprofloxacin 500 twice a day and metronidazole 400 three times a day. Antibiotics , you may not get OTC in USA.
