Brief Answer:
Better to avoid to self drive immediately after taking injection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been planned to get Inj Eligard after 3 days (probably for cancer of the Prostate) and want to self drive after taking injection

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Are you taking any drugs for your cardiac problems ?
2) Is this a first shot of Eligard ?

In view of you having under gone various surgeries for your cardiac problems and known complications of Eligard it will be advisable to take due precautions to be under observation for few hours in hospital or treating physician and avoid to self drive immediately after taking shots .

Following are known common side effects of Eligard
1) Body ache due to bone pain, loss of movement in any part of your body;
swelling,
2)Pain, burning, stinging, bruising, or redness at the site of injection
3) Sudden chest pain or discomfort, wheezing, dry cough
4) general symptoms like Sweating, insomnia, syncope, rigors, weakness, lethargy
5)Urinary symptoms like Difficulties with urination, pain on urination, scanty urination, bladder spasm, blood in urine, urinary retention,

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
