What all precaution do we need to take from now.
- Travel by bus: She travels daily (Mon-Sat) 2-3 hours for office, its that ok during the pregnancy period.
- Food precaution: Does she need to take any special precaution in her diet.
- Intercourse: Can we have intercourse during her pregnancy period? Will use of lubricant be harmful. Do we need to use condom.
- Month wise precaution: What precaution does she need to take during the period of pregnancy.
- Tired while work: She these days gets more tired in work than earlier.
- Doctor visit frequency: Do we need to consult any doctor, if yes at what frequency.
- Medicines: Does she need to take any medicine during the period.
- Diagnostic Test: Does she need to take any tests now.

Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I will answer as per your questions:
Travel- she can travel by bus daily, if the roads arenot very bumpy and ununeven.
Food- she should preferably have food with high protein content like milk and milk products, pulses, and avoid spicy food.
Intercourse- Intercourse should be preferably avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy, however it is not totally contraindicated. Lubricants should not be used. Condom should beused to aavoid any sexually transmitted diseases or vaginal infection.
Month wise precaution:.she should avoid heavy work, avoid lifting heavy things and do not take stress.
Tired while work: it is common to get tired and dizzy in early pregnancy due to hormonal changes, she should take a break from work after few hours, and take food on time, and avoid prolonged standing.
Doctors visit: yes, she should visit a doctor, initially every4 weekly
Medicines: Currently, she needs to take folic acid tablet daily as taking it in first trimester decreases the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
Diagnostic tests: she needs to get various blood and urine tests done like blood group, haemoglobin, viral markers, urine routine and microscopic test , TSH level, and ultrasound ( after 2 weeks).

Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Lubricants should be preferably avoided during pregnancy. Moreover, condoms have lubricants and their use generally do not arises the need of using additional lubricants during intercourse.
