Brief Answer:
Regular healthy diet will be sufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms. XXXXX,

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

Here are some things I would like to suggest:

1. Please continue with the medication prescribed.

2. Take rest for two hours during the day and eight hours during the night. Try to take the left lateral position as much as possible so as to improve utero-placental circulation.

3. Take adequate liquids. You can add protein powders like Proteinex to milk and take twice a day.

4. If there is no contraindication like uterine irritability, you can practice moderate walking. Do not exert or lift weights. Travel, if necessary, is to be done through train as it has lesser jerks.

5. To enhance your hemoglobin levels, you can add fruits like dates, chikoo, pomegranate, and jaggery, beetroot to your diet. Fresh greens are also a good supplement. A boiled egg everyday supplies good protein.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
