So by being dehydrated, the bladder gets emptied less often, and so the germs have even more possibility of climbing the urethra, and so of causing a possible urinary tract infection.
Keep in mind to drink plenty of fluids too when you drink alcohol, and also to empty your bladder not before, but after masturbation.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor, because in that case you may have a urinary tract infection which will need treatment with antibiotic.
