Brief Answer:
Use cream containing tretinoin, mometasone and hydroquinone
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate a dark area at the tip of your nose.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing combination of tretinoin, mometasone and hydroquinone on the black spot at night in minute amounts. This is usually continued for 3-4 weeks but under supervision of a dermatologist.
During the day time use a sunscreen on your face.
This is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
