Suggest Remedies For A Bruise On The Chin

Question: I have just noticed a dark bruise like mark bottom of my chin not sure but when glass against it i can still see red. Now i noticed another one on my arm, same again with glass. I have tension in my shoulders no temperature but should I worry???

Hi Asmeet,

Thanks for your quick repsonse no pain, itchiness at all. The only thing I had was tense shoulders and back but that might be unrelated.

I noticed them both today about 4-5 hours ago.

I think it is some nonspecific eczematous patch.
You don’t have to worry about it.
It should resolve in few days.
You can apply calamine lotion on the patches.
Tense back and shoulders seem unrelated to it.
