Suggest Remedies For A Detached Retina

Question: I am scheduled for an eye procedure monday. I had a detached retina. The doctor put silicone in for the detachment. I also have a cataract that need to be removed. He is going to remove the cateract and silicone during procedure. Will I be woke like I wasduring the last procedure when they inserted the silicone? I was given a little anesthesia for her to numb the eye and a valum. I didn't feel anything but I could hear them.

Most often eye surgery like this is done under nerve block or certain other local anesthetic measures usually general anesthesia is not opted for. So, it is highly probable that you would be otherwise conscious during this procedure as well.

I was discharged today. Follow up tommarrow. He removed cataract and silicone see iif the eye does not detach . My vision is blurry and I see a round black circle at the bottom of my eye in my vision is this something to be alarmed about.I am supposed to start eye drops in the morning before my appt
