Question: i started with going to the ER with felt like i was hearing a heart beat in my ear, said i was fine sent me on my way, told to use flosenase for the nose, i did 3 days later stuffy nose coughing green flem, went to my doctor said i had a cold after 3 weeks not any better, went back to doctor said i had sinusitis infection, gave antibotics got rid of green and musuc, but have still had ongoing stuffy nose, back to doc, looked in nose still looks inflamed she said allergies take Claritin, so off i go i start taking it and going into day nine i forget 1 and back to nose again i seem to have a tickle at the end of the nose in side, she said no sores or masses

You are probably suffering from acute rhinitis with eustachian tube blockage. You should get Xray paranasal sinuses done. Take an oral decongestants and nasal spray twice daily. Also take steam inhalation and chew a gum.
Follow up with the x-ray report as it will help me to suggest you better with the diagnosis and further management.
