Bleeding From The Nose, Feeling Weak After Being Hit. Have Redness And Swelling On The Cheeks. Is Anything Wrong?
i got a light hit on my nose, it started bleeding, realy no pain, that was sat around noon,since then im feeling weak, my nose is clogged, 50% of time and know my nose is red and swollen along with my cheeks. Im taking mucinex, and claritan as of monday, but today my nose is very red, and my nose and cheeks are swollen, it really does'nt hurt much, but i fear something is wrong

With little information and as per the history you have given and the clinical findings it seems that you are having acute infection/ Rhinitis . this is dangerous area of the face and infection may cause serious complication. you need to start Iv antibiotic and nasal decongestant ( oxymetazoline/xylometazoline).
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
