Question : Under skin blind pimple, can't feel it, but it is visible. I also have oily skin

I have reviewed the attached photograph and can appreciate your pimple.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a gel containing combination of Benzoyl peroxide and Adapelene on this pimple at night to make it disappear.

I don't know whether it is available as over the counter in your country.

Meanwhile you can continue with Accutane as it is a very effective drug in the treatment of acne. It will also decrease the oiliness in skin.

You can also use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily. This will further help in reducing oiliness.
