Thanks for writing again
If you are having pain and fever , you can take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for 3 days.
You can also take tab Amoxiclav 625 mg twice daily for 5 days.These drugs are available only with the prescription, so you have to meet local doctor for the same.
You can use hot fermentation to the cyst area.
Even if cyst is not harming, for cosmetic purpose you can get it removed by General surgeon.
