Question: I ingested a spiriva capsule by mistake. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hi,

Please do not worry about it. One capsule should have less than 2mg of tiotropium. It is a long acting bronchodilator. The side effect profile should be less and that should not bother you. As part of side effects you may have dry mouth. You can keep sipping water and that should take care of.

I do not think of any serious consequences further. You should just stay calm.
