Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
It seems to be inflammatory acne. Topical and oral antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
I have gone through your pictures.
You seem to have inflammatory acne i.e acne that is red, papules, pustular and nodular.
Treatment of inflammatory acne is with Oral antibiotics as well as Topical antiacne antibacterials.
Any of the Oral antiacne antibiotics can be started e.g Doxycycline Or Minocycline Or Azithromycin Or Lymecycline.
Topically I would suggest benzoyl peroxide gel, as a spot treatment for inflammatory acne during day time.
At night you may use a clindamycin+adapalene combination gel, to be applied over the whole of acne prone area, not just on acne.
These are prescription based agent, you need to see dermatologist for valid prescription.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
