Suggest Remedies For An Itchy Lump On The Vagina Lips

Question: Hii Beofre some days I got pea size lump on my vagina lips with itching and some pain consult local skin specialist he diagnosed fungal infection and prescribed me Itraconazole Capsules 200 mg once a day, Levocetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg once a day and Sertaconazole Nitrate Cream 2% W/W. Its cured in two days after that i got my periods for 4 days and suddenly on 5th day I got big size lump both of side of Vagina and its really painful. I dont get pain in passing urine but feel some pain in anal area while passing stool. Please help me out.

This seems like candidial infection so you need to take a strong anti fungal agent in tablet form and for local application for at least 10 days.
Avoid sexual intercourse or use barrier method for contraception
Wear cotton based undergarments and keep perineal region clean and dry.

Thank you mam for your reply. Have u seen pictures of my Vagina I have attach here its fungal infection only or I was scared that isn't it Bartholin's Cyst? Please suggest me medication too for the same, as I am unaware for it. Should I continue the same medication prescribe my doctor or please suggest some good medicines for fast recovery.
