Bipolar depression is best treated with a mood stabilizer such as lithium or valproate, or with an atypical neuroleptic such as quetiapine. Anxiety is best treated with an antidepressant such as escitalopram, and with cognitive behavioral therapy. All of these treatments require an in-person evaluation by a doctor, and a prescription. For you, I would recommend escitalopram plus quetiapine.
