Brief Answer:
Take lots of fibres and fluid in your diet

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am Dr.Amit Jain (DM, Gastroenterologist).

For bloating:
1. Observe whether dairy products worsen this symptom. If yes, then avoid dairy products
2. Don't take carbonated drinks
3. Avoid cabbage, beans, pulses
4. Take capsule of simethicone and tab gasex by Himalaya may be twice a day. Both I found very useful in my patients with bloating symptoms

For abdominal cramps take tablet librax which is a combination of chlordiazepoxide and clidinium or tablet normaxin which has dicyclomine in addition. This both medicine I found very useful in my patients with abdominal cramps. However you should discuss with your doctor about these medicines and get prescription

For hemorrhoids which are bleeding, I will suggest you to keep your bowel soft by increasing the fibres and fluid in your diet for which you have to do the following:
1.Increase dietary intake of fiber. The richest sources include fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread, XXXXXXX cereal, peas, oats.
2.Increase your fluid intake or at least six to eight glasses per day.
3.Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day. A good walk is enough to keep your bowels going.
4.Never delay bowel movement.
5.You can also take laxatives to aid in defecation.
6. Take calcium dobesilate 500mg thrice a day for at least 2 weeks, this medicine is very useful in hemorrhoids

I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Wish you a good health
