Question: i am not where it is cold but it feels like i am breatjing in cold air and have pain upper chest. vitals are fine

They seem to be related to a lung disorder or musculo-skeletal pain.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some tests:

- a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests
- a resting ECG
- complete blood count, PCR and ESR for inflammation.
