Hello and welcome,

I wouldn't suggest Mayo Clinic for the problems you are describing. Mayo Clinic is good for difficult to diagnose problems, particularly that are rare or unusual.

I suggest one of 2 options:

Option 1:
Go to your primary cared doctor and have him/her attend to those things she is able to and refer you to others according to what she thinks would best help. The primary care doctor can get X-rays of the shoulder and back and get you started with your evaluation.

Or

Option 2:
See individually the following practitioners:

- Orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist.
Personally, I'd start with the physical therapist.

- ENT that specializes in problems of the ears.

- Psychiatrist (for medications) and psychologist (counseling).

I hope this helps. You can always go to Mayo, but it would seem that your problems may be best helped where you live.

Please let me know if I can provide further information.
