Suggest Remedies For Constipation In Children

Question: My daughter, XXXX is 7years old and she is suffering from Constipation problem. she is suffering a lot and she afraid to go to potty. which is slowly resulting in very bad way she has to struggle a lot. Please advise ?

I understand your concern

Constipation cause hard stool and when it pass through anal route, produce pain.
I would suggest to consult the paediatrician and undergo proper examination for better management.
Following treatment will helpful:
Saline and soap emena through anal rout give immediate relief.
Put dulcolax suppository
Syrup cremaffin and dicyclomine Only after consulting a pediatrician
Give high dietary fiber with supplements like senna.
Give fruits like ripe banana
Give lots of water and maintain hydration
