Suggest Remedies For Dark Spots On Forehead

Question: I work as an IT employee, most of my day time spent in AC. very few i come outside, one day all of sudden some places of my face became black (sun burn on my face). I have consult with local doctor he has prescribed below face creams but still no progress. can you please help me by suggesting some good medicines

I have uploaded my recent pics where you can clearly see the black spots on my forehead.
I want to know what is the root cause of this dark spots and is their any treatment to remove the darkspots.

Remedy for pigmentation

Hi. Thank you i have reviewed the images.

This kind of pgmentation on face could be a result of either phototoxicity (secondary to drugs or cosmetics), lichen planus however mostly it is idiopathic.

I suggest you to use Clearz XXXXXXX cream at night over the dark spots (in past you have used clearz plus. Clearz XXXXXXX is a different composition) in addition to using a sunscreen during the day.

Hi Kakkar,

I have consulted other doctor, she has suggested to use depiWhite cream. but she is unable to explain the root cause of the dark spots.
I want to know, why this dark spots came all of sudden and will it fade off completely by using depiWhite cream

Need to use a potent demelanising cream initially

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. Depiwhite is a very mild preparation. Initially you must use a potent demelanising cream e.g clearz XXXXXXX for 2-4 weeks. You may switch to depiwhite after 2-4 weeks of using Clearz XXXXXXX cream.
As I said, most of the times facial pigmentation has no discoverable cause. It is idiopathic.
