Brief Answer:
Evaluation for cause & management under expert guidance is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for the query. I have read it & understand your concern.
It seems, the bending posture of your self, is related to Parkinson's disease itself... (as the spinal cause has been already taken care of by surgeries which still needs confirmation.)
Bending posture causes shortening of posture muscles in front... which do not allow straightening of spine easily...It needs treatment.Such bending posture also results in shallow breathing.
Breathing in sudden/ forced straightened posture in such condition decreases diaphragmatic contribution in breathing & so the breathlessness.
* In this scenario I would suggest you to get in touch of your spinal surgeon to exclude further advancement in your spinal problem Causing the bending( for earlier management can arrest further deterioration ). If it's excluded you definitely have it due to Parkinson.
* Consult your treating physician for treatment of changed posture with Parkinson's. It is mostly by stretching & straightening exercises in form of physiotherapy or physical therapy done under expert guidance along with the routine medicines you are taking.
So Please don't worry, your problem is solvable with expert advise & Physical efforts done with positive attitude, courage & determination ,under expert care.
I hope the answer has been informative & helpful to you.Any follow up query is welcome.
