Suggest Remedies For Dry Cough Along With Sneezing

Question: I have been having a bad cough for 3 days. It's mostly a crazy and dry cough during the day, and produces phlegm in the morning. I don't have runny or stuffy nose, only some sneezing sometimes.
What can I take, eat or drink to subside this cough quickly? It's so embarrassing at work.

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
3. Take antihistamine (levocetrizine 5 mg) twice daily.
4. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid hard to chew food. Eat more fruits and salads.
5. Finish azithromycin course.
