Brief Answer:
SUpportive care,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read yoru question and i understand your concern. With history of blood pressure and diabetes mellitus, triglycerides of 268 is high and to be concerned about. It needs lipid lowering therapy and diet lifestyle adjustment by minimizing fats intake and increasing mobility exercise etc. I know statins can be discomforting but stopping them is not wise and need to be continued. Keep a good control of your blood pressure and diabetes mellitus and that too will help with the triglycerides levels.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
