You can take tab meftal forte 1 tab if fever is more than 102F.
Continue Tab paracetamol thrice daily after food with Tab Pan 40mg once daily after breakfast.
Do you have any rashes,severe body ache?
Do you have loose stools,vomiting?
Drink plenty of fluids,Take bland diet.
Get back if any query.
