Dear sir,
Can you upload a photo of the skin rash, so that I am better able to help?
The symptoms you are experiencing can either scarlet fever or Lyme disease. there is a specific test to diagnose Lyme disease but anyway both conditions are treated with antibiotics . so I suggest that you start an antibiotic as ceftriaxone or amoxicillin 1 Gm every 12 hours for 2 weeks.
As for sore throat you can continue on the ibuprofen and you can use throat lozenges.. Drink plenty of warm fluids as well.
I hope I answered your question .

Hi! Here is a photo of my chest. It looks like the reaction I have when I come in contact with lobster. I did not come in contact with lobster last night, but my food may have come in contact with shrimp. I've eaten crab and shrimp before and have not had this reaction .
Brief Answer:
Not an allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, this rash is not consistent with Lyme disease but it is consistent with scarlet fever , so you should take the antibiotic for 10 days only . it is not likely to be an allergic reaction as allergic reaction tend to affect the whole body not only the chest..I hope you find this helpful
